Veterans with Case Management needs 

 â€‹If you need assistance, you can obtain a Veteran Service Office (VSO) in your area, to assist you with your VA claims process. Please refer to VA Form 21-22 that has a list of recognized service organizations on page 3 of the form. 

  • ONLINE: 

    • If you need assistance, you can find a local, accredited representative at https://www.benefits.va.gov/vso/

    • VA’s Office of General Counsel maintains a list of VA-recognized organizations and VA-accredited individuals that are authorized to assist in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of VA benefit claims at https://www.va.gov/ogc/apps/accreditation/index.asp.

    • You can also find a representative of a recognized VSO, attorney, or claims agent by state/territory, by zip code, or by the VSO's name online using eBenefits.

  • AT THE NEAREST VA REGIONAL BENEFIT OFFICE:

After selecting a VSO to represent you, you will need to complete a VA Form 21-22, Appointment of Veterans Service Organization as Claimant's Representative and submit it to VA at:

 Alternatively, you can submit the completed form electronically by using Quick Submit at access.va.gov. You will be instructed to register during your first sign-on attempt.

Visiting your local VBA Regional Office

​Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA) is a self-service portal which allows visitors to schedule, reschedule, and cancel in-person or virtual appointments with Veterans Benefits Administration regional offices for assistance with filing a claim and additional services. An appointment can be scheduled by going to  https://vets.force.com/VAVERA/s/.  Please follow this link VERA-Home (site.com) to schedule an appointment. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.

  • We continue to offer help online and by phone at 800-827-1000 toll-free for assistance.  Veterans and beneficiaries can continue to interact with the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) virtually for accessing benefits information online or when filing a disability claim online. You may also obtain more information on VA benefits and services online at www.va.gov.
